ISO 9001

We have been regularly certified according to ISO 9001 since 2004 and voluntary audits also contribute towards maintaining and improving our quality standards. Certification according to ISO 9001 is an ongoing strategic process that all employees live by and implement every day to achieve continuous improvement.

This certification is the most widely used quality management standard nationally and internationally. It forms the basis for an in-house quality management system and stipulates the minimum requirements that a company must satisfy in order to provide products and services that meet customer expectations and fulfil regulatory requirements. The management system should also be subject to continuous improvement.
